A Danish flat-bottom dripper built around one idea: brew fast, grind fine, get a clean cup without a long contact time. Nordic-roast logic in plastic.

What goes wrong
- Using V60 grind and V60 timing (under-extracted, thin), dropping the water temperature for light roasts (sour, undeveloped), pouring in stages the brewer does not need (extends contact time, bitter)
