Bee House Dripper
A Melitta wedge with two drainage holes instead of one, in decent ceramic. The forgiving end of pour-over: hard to stall, hard to ruin.

What goes wrong
- Brewing in cold ceramic. Thick walls crash the temperature and it tastes sour. Grinding fine to get more out of it pools and over-extracts. Overfill past the filter rim and water bypasses the bed, which brews weak.
