An electric cezve with a programmed heat curve. Takes the one hard part of Turkish coffee - never letting it boil - and handles it for you.

What goes wrong
- Filling above the maximum mark (boils over, no foam), using pre-ground filter or espresso coffee (too coarse, gritty and thin), starting with hot water (breaks the machine's heat curve, foam collapses), letting grounds dry in the pot
