An electric cezve with a programmed heat curve. The hard part of Turkish coffee is never letting it boil. It handles that.

What goes wrong
- Filling above the max mark. It boils over and the foam is gone. Pre-ground filter or espresso grind is too coarse: gritty and thin. Hot water at the start breaks the heat curve and collapses the foam. Letting grounds dry in the pot.
