Full immersion behind a paper filter. The body and sweetness of a French press with the clarity of pour-over, and no technique to learn at all.

What goes wrong
- Grinding coarse as for a French press (under-extracted, sour and thin), stirring hard right before draining (fines cap the filter, stalls), leaving it sitting on the mug after it drains (the last drops are the bitter ones)
