What goes wrong
- Ramping straight to 9 bar with no pre-infusion (channels immediately, gushers), pump-machine grind settings (too coarse, the lever offers no resistance and the shot runs fast and thin), watching the timer instead of the pressure gauge, brewing into a cold cylinder
