A 58mm manual lever with an electrically heated brew cylinder. Commercial basket size, a real pressure gauge, no pump. The shot is your arm.

What goes wrong
- Ramping straight to 9 bar with no pre-infusion. It channels immediately and you get a gusher. Pump-machine grind settings, too coarse for a lever. The lever offers no resistance and the shot runs fast and thin. Watching the timer instead of the pressure gauge. Brewing into a cold cylinder.
