V60 geometry scaled up to a litre. Pour-over clarity for a table of people. It costs you six minutes of standing there pouring.

What goes wrong
- Blooming for only 30 seconds: dry pockets in the middle of a deep bed, uneven. Pouring only in the centre. The outer ring never extracts and the cup is weak. Letting the bed drain fully between pours: it stalls and over-extracts the fines.
