The fastest-draining flat-bottom made. Almost no flow restriction, so the extraction is down to your grinder.

What goes wrong
- A Kalita or V60 grind setting drains far too fast, sour and thin. Pouring slower barely changes contact time, and the cup stays thin. Thick slow papers defeat the design, leaving no advantage over a cheaper brewer.
