Twenty ceramic flutes, no ribs needed, and it takes either a V60 cone filter or a Kalita Wave. One brewer, two extraction characters.

What goes wrong
- Switching between cone and wave filters mid-dial-in (two different brewers, inconsistent results), brewing in a cold ceramic body (temperature drop, sour), pouring hard against the flutes (bypass down the wall, weak)
