Iced Americano preparation
- Fill a 350ml glass with ice and add 150ml of cold water.
- Pull a double espresso (36g) and pour it over the ice.
- Stir once and taste, adding water 20ml at a time if it reads too intense.
Cold water plus ice, not ice alone - melting ice leaves the first mouthfuls harsh and the last ones watery. Worth spending a fruit-forward light roast on.
