Iced Latte

Double espresso over ice and cold milk. Nothing is steamed, so the milk stays thin and sweet - build it in the glass.

Iced Latte preparation
- Fill a 350ml glass to the top with ice.
- Pour in 180ml of cold whole milk.
- Pull a double espresso (36g) and pour it straight over the milk and ice.
- Stir briefly, or leave it to marble down through the milk.
Do not steam the milk - cold milk is thinner and sweeter, which is what makes the drink refreshing. Pull the shot last so it hits the ice hot and chills instantly.
