Caffeine is a reference value for this drink and brew method, not a measurement of your cup.
Cold Brew technique
- Combine 100g of coarse coffee with 1L of cold filtered water (1:10).
- Stir to saturate fully, cover, and steep 12-18 hours.
- Strain through a paper filter or fine mesh.
- Dilute the concentrate to taste with water, milk or ice.
Coarse grind and a long, cold steep give a smooth, low-acidity concentrate. Sealed in the fridge it holds for up to two weeks.
