Cold Brew Tonic

Cold brew concentrate over ice and tonic. Softer and less bitter than an espresso tonic, and it scales to a jug without falling apart.

Cold Brew Tonic preparation
- Fill a 300ml glass with ice.
- Add 60ml of cold brew concentrate brewed at 1:8.
- Top with 150ml of cold tonic water, poured down the side to keep the carbonation.
- Stir once from the bottom and garnish with a lime or grapefruit wedge.
Concentrate, not ready-to-drink cold brew - already-diluted coffee plus tonic gives you a weak drink. Softer than an espresso tonic and it scales to a jug easily.
