Frappé
Greek summer staple, and one of the few places instant coffee is the correct answer. Instant, a little water and sugar shaken hard until it holds a thick foam, then poured over ice and topped with water and evaporated milk. Invented at a trade fair in Thessaloniki in 1957 by a man who could not find hot water.
