Yuanyang
Hong Kong cha chaan teng classic: about three parts brewed coffee to seven parts milk tea, sweetened with condensed milk. Named after mandarin ducks, which are always seen as a pair. Carries caffeine from both sides, which is the reason it has a reputation.
